Terms of Service

1. Service

ProductSpin ("the Service") generates short product videos from photos you upload, using AI video generation. The Service is operated by SuBuSoft (sole proprietor). Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as Merchant of Record.

2. Your content

You must own the rights to photos you upload. You keep all rights to your uploaded photos and to the videos generated from them, and may use the videos commercially. You may not upload unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or images of people without consent.

3. AI-generated output

Videos are generated by AI and results vary. While the Service is designed to preserve your product's appearance, we cannot guarantee any specific output. Review every video before publishing it. Credits are consumed per generation, including generations you choose not to use.

4. Credits & payments

Credits are one-time purchases, do not expire, and are non-transferable. Prices are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

No abuse, no automated scraping of the Service, no attempts to circumvent credit limits or security measures. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
