Try before you buy

Every new account gets 2 free videos so you can judge the quality with your own products before paying anything.

Unused credits

If you purchased a credit pack and used none of the credits, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

Partially used packs

Because each generation has real compute cost, partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for the unused credits if you request within 14 days of purchase.

Bad generations

AI output varies. If a generation clearly fails (broken video file, obvious product distortion), email us with the example — we'll restore the credit.
